As the heat brings heatwaves to central Europe and the usual warmth returns to the Mediterranean and Aegean Seas, the Seahorse invites us to ground deeply.

But what is grounding in such heat?
It is being fully in your body and paying attention to its needs. From making sure you are well-hydrated to taking things slow, your body deserves your care.

The Seahorse reminds us that true resilience isn’t about fighting the current, but about staying vertically aligned—head high and heart open—while swaying gracefully with the tides.

Your practice this month is to plant seeds without watching the soil. Choose one creative act, one kind gesture, or one professional task to perform purely for the love of the experience itself, releasing all attachment to the outcome, reward, or recognition. When the mind asks, “What will this bring?” or “Is this enough?”, gently answer: “I do this for the joy of doing.” Notice how this shift from expecting results to trusting the process lightens your step. Like the squirrel who forgets its stashes only to feed the future forest, trust that your actions, done in alignment and joy, are seeding a legacy that will sprout in its own perfect time.

This month, is a gentle dance with the heat, the wind and the AC. You can easily find me in the morning crafting bracelets, painting handmade coasters or weaving necklaces just outside my shop. But as soon as the temerature is going up, I shelter in the cool to work on some website disign and content for clients, earings or casting batches of turtle magnets and soap holders.
