Your hand is the ultimate symbol of action. It is what you use to shake hands, offer a tender gesture, or connect deeply with another being. Through your touch, you sense the earth, shapes, and forms. You sign contracts, write poems, type messages, paint, craft, cook, and transform matter. In this workshop, we honour the hand as the vessel of change.
Removing the Shackles: A Guided Sound Journey
Before we begin creating, I will guide you through a gentle 20–30 minute journey. This experience is designed to help you identify and start unlocking the symbolic shackles that prevent you from taking action freely. Tuning into the energy of the group, I will channel a journey using medicine chants, my voice, drum, and rattles. This is not a passive listening session; it is an active descent into your inner wisdom to find the images, sounds, and frequencies needed to activate your creation. It is a space to tune in with your soul, your dreams, and your deepest truth.
Expressing Your Freedom to Act
Following the journey and a supportive group discussion, you will have a quiet moment to journal and explore the messages received during your inner experience. To nourish you during this reflection, coffee, tea, ceremonial cacao, and light finger food will be available. This is a time to let the insights settle before you bring them into physical form.
Crafting Your Activator
Then comes the time to create your magic bracelet! Immersed in the frequency of the atelier, your insights, and your guides, you will craft a unique piece using high-quality beads, charms, and cords. One of the invisible tools activating your creation is the intention and energy shift you experienced during our journey and sharing. Your bracelet is harmonised to that frequency. When you wear it, it serves as a visual and physical reminder to recalibrate yourself whenever "stuckiness" arises. It gears your mind to notice opportunities, shift your inner dialogue, and consciously take steps toward your goals.
Note: The bracelet is a reinforcement of your decision to move. It supports you, but the power remains yours.

Artist, Author & Founder of My Tiny Sanctuary
Hello, I am Christel Mesey, your host and guide for this workshop. I am also the artist and author behind My Tiny Sanctuary.
Art has always been my tool to return to centre, reconnect with my emotions, and uncover the secret messages of my heart, intuition, and channelling. For decades, I was unaware of the full depth of this gift. However, over a decade ago, people began noticing how my drawings seemed to mirror their own experiences or current situations with uncanny accuracy. I realised then that my sensitivity was putting onto paper what my eyes could not see and my words could not articulate.
Around that same time, I began studying, and reconnecting with, traditional Central European energy healing modalities. Often whispered and shared as “the secret” in Switzerland, my birth country, these practices were not exclusive but historically hidden. Not that long ago, healers concealed their natural gifts to stay safe from persecution. Consequently, communities would quietly whisper the names of those who held “the secret” when healing was needed.
Alongside energy healing, I connected with sacred rays and flames, beginning my journey into the secret dialogue one can have with colour. I started exploring the different frequencies, needs, and evolutionary aspects of the chakras. At first, this was to better understand myself, but ultimately, it became the foundation for supporting my clients when I later opened my energy and coaching practice.
I understand that this may sound very etheric to some (it certainly did to me at first!). Therefore, I have always paid careful attention to balancing metaphysical exploration with hands-on practical science and development tools. This led me to graduate as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), explore the art of Semantics, and understand the profound power of words and presence.
These disciplines allowed me to bridge messages from my intuition into concrete experiences and transformational journeys. They ensure that when I work with you, you remain embodied, present to yourself, and grounded in the now, even as we explore deep inner worlds.
When leading workshops, I weave together channelling, medicine sound journeys, visualisation, discussion, and art. I work in partnership with my own guides while intentionally inviting yours into the space. The meditations I offer are channelled in real-time, tuned specifically to the energy of the group present. My voice becomes sound medicine as I access the subtle frequencies available in the room and bridge them into words or sounds you need to hear to unlock your own inner resources.

FAQ
Where is My Tiny Sanctuary?
My Tiny Sanctuary is nestled in the heart of Agia Marina, a heartwarming beach resort village. The shop and atelier is just beside Proton supermarket. You'll find a map at the bottom of this page should you need it.
Note: If you are booking a home or taverna session, I will bring the sanctuary to you!
Is the atelier climate-controlled?
Absolutely. Your comfort is paramount so you can focus entirely on creating.
- Summer: Don’t worry about the Greek heat; the atelier is fully air-conditioned to keep you cool and comfortable.
- Winter: For our cooler months, I warm up the space before you arrive. However, if you are particularly sensitive to the cold, I have a few cosy polar blankets ready to throw over your lap while you craft.
Do I need to wear specific clothes?
Comfort is key! Since we will be working with hands wear something you don’t mind getting a little bit of creative dust on.
A Gentle Note on Beachwear: We know it’s tempting to stroll straight from the sea in your swimsuit—it is a beach resort, after all! However, while the ocean breeze is welcome, bare torsos and wet swimsuits are not. Please pop on a t-shirt or cover-up before entering the shop. 😊
Will the shop be open to other clients during my workshop?
No. To ensure you have a safe, intimate, and uninterrupted creative space, I close the shop entirely for the duration of every workshop. You will have the full attention of the facilitator and the space to yourselves—no wandering customers, just you and your creation.
What language are the workshops in?
I warmly welcome you in English or French.
A small confession: While I am falling in love with the Greek language, my skills are not yet sufficient to explain the subtleties of bead balancing, nods, animal symbolism or materials! Rest assured, you will be fully guided in English or French.
Is it suitable for children?
Our workshops involve small beads, hot wax, and delicate tools, so safety is our priority.
- Under 12: Unfortunately, we cannot accept children under 12 years old.
- Ages 12–16: Young creators are welcome, provided they are accompanied by a parent or responsible adult throughout the session.
- 17+: Welcome to join independently!
Cancellation & Refund
Because I source specific, high-quality materials (stones, waxes, charms) uniquely for your group once you book, my cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 7 days before: Full refund.
- Between 3 and 7 days before: 50% refund (as materials may already be ordered).
- Less than 48 hours before: No refund. At this stage, your materials are ready, and the slot cannot be filled by another group.
- Exception: If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, extreme weather), you will receive a full refund immediately.
