The Whale Spirit Series requested to be painted in August 2024. During that month, a song kept playing in my head, and I felt compelled to paint these loving whales' tails. I didn't know the song's name, but I laughed quite heartily when I discovered it was titled "Birth Dance of the Humpback Whale." It is impressive when songs convey a spirit so potently! It was also entirely appropriate, as I was birthing the in-person shop of My Tiny Sanctuary.

The whale spirit supported a smooth birthing process filled with love and backing from the generations before me and the local community; this, along with the pack of positive emotions embedded within this series, truly enriched the experience.

This piece from the Whale Spirit Series is entitled "Curiosity Leading Acrylic Painting." It embodies, with its Light Codes, the power of the Soul's curiosity and its desire to learn and experience new things with trust. Curiosity and trust are what guide us to incarnate into human life. It is time we remember our Soul's trust and allow our curiosity or playfulness to lead the way, or at the very least, to be more prominent in our lives.
