Journaling is a great tool for personal expansion and business expansion. As a creative and coach, I use my notebook every day. I have a notebook for my business, one for introspection and sometimes one dedicated to a specific project. Notebooks are like energetic containers where you can gestate and mature what needs to be.
The illustration of the OM Notebook was inspired during a trip to Bali, bringing me back to my centre and reminding me to pay attention to my body and thoughts. It also helped me to consciously balance and align my chakra each time I was looking at it, which in turn helped me to feel very grounded
