We do produce in small batches. While a small stock is always available in the in-person shop, larger orders will be made on demand.

Your order will be produced and shipped within 5 days (Monday to Friday) from Aegina Island in Greece. We use standard Greek postal services with registered mail and will send you the parcel's tracking number when posted.
