Creativity is a gift from the Creator (whatever name you give them), a sacred way to cultivate your inner medicine, empower your healing, and nurture yourself through mindful creation.

It’s easy to think about or imagine what it should feel like to be legitimate, balanced, or courageous. But the truth is, if the mind alone could solve everything, you would have the confidence, sovereignty, courage and emotional balance by now.

Through your life experience, education, culture, and cellular memory, you hold a gazillion codes, emotions, and beliefs within you. Some are empowering, and some are limiting. Creativity can help you tune into the empowering ones through colours, shapes and decor. Your subconscious knows the road your mind does not know, and it will guide your hands to unlock your resources, insights and self-healing toolbox.

What I love about creativity is that it invites moments of pure fun and flow. You may not transform your entire life with a single brushstroke, but you will tune into the frequency of learning through joy, laughter, play, and connection with other creators.

Growth and healing can also emerge through pleasure. Society often teaches us otherwise, yet educational science reminds us that children learn best when they feel safe, joyful, and inspired.

So why not awaken the superpower of your inner child to support your growth? After all, your inner child is the one who once learned, adapted, and found ways for you to become who you are today. It may be an even greater healer than you imagine.

Πώς εξελίσσεται το εργαστήριο

We’ll begin with a brief group sharing to help you express what you hope to receive from your wings. Then, I’ll guide you through a gentle meditation to connect with them and sense what they wish to offer you.

.

Afterward, you’ll paint and decorate your wings, giving form and colour to your inner transformation with the material at disposal for you (palm tree bark, paint, brushes, standing pole, nails, glue, etc). However, if you already sense a deep calling for a material or decoration, feel welcome to bring them along after all, you will create your wings!

.

As the paint dries, you’ll have quiet moments to journal and acknowledge yourself. I’ll offer a few prompts to support your reflection; helping you recognise what has already healed or shifted, discover what might help you move further, and celebrate how far you’ve come.

And, should you want to come back for some finishing touches, we can arrange for an extra € 10.- (for the material and electricity) for a few hours in the atelier during the week where you can come and work on your scrapbook at your pace with all the material you could need.

Γιατί πρέπει να κάνω κράτηση εκ των προτέρων;

Εάν χρειαστεί να ακυρώσετε τη συμμετοχή σας:

  • Έως και 14 ημέρες πριν από την εκδήλωση: Θα λάβετε πλήρη επιστροφή χρημάτων ή την επιλογή πλήρους πίστωσης στο κατάστημά μας.
  • Από 14 ημέρες έως 48 ώρες πριν από την εκδήλωση: Θα λάβετε επιστροφή χρημάτων 70% ή πίστωση 70% στο κατάστημά μας. (Λάβετε υπόψη: τα υλικά αγοράζονται εκ των προτέρων ειδικά για αυτό το εργαστήριο, γι' αυτό και ένα μέρος του ποσού δεν επιστρέφεται.)
  • Λιγότερο από 48 ώρες πριν από την εκδήλωση: Δυστυχώς, δεν είναι δυνατή η επιστροφή χρημάτων ή η πίστωση.
