Honouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop.
Take the day to connect with your ancestors. Build your totem to honour your lineage, recollect the gifts they have to share with you and dissolve the rotten roots (aka limiting subconscious patterns you inherited).
Honouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop is about celebrating, honouring and expressing gratitude to your lineage.
Whether you know them or not, regardless of your present relationship with your family, your lineage or family tree has gifts for you. Throughout the centuries and millennia, your ancestors paved the way for you to have the freedom of choice and life you have today. Their wisdom and struggles imprinted your DNA and some of your subconscious patterns.
How does the Hounouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop work?
Step 1 - Meditate to Connect
We will start the Honouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop by meditating to connect with your ancestors' collective consciousness and the imprints they left for you in the Akashic records.
Step 2 - Sharing Circle
We will then discuss what came up during the meditation. It might be about colours, emotions, or sensations. You might have gained insight into something you can let go of or recollect. Of course, if you prefer not to share and journal, that will be okay.
Step 3 - Create and honour
Then, you will use your creativity to support that celebration or release (quite likely both) through colours, forms and textures. You will create our ancestral totem or power stick.
How will your totem support your days after the workshop?
While your totem won't be a Harry Potter magic wand to cast spells, it will be your inner power reactivation symbol and key. Whenever you need to reconnect to your ancestors and ask for their support, this symbolic branch will help your mind open up to your body, heart and soul wisdom.
The power of creating an object with the intention of connecting with your ancestors, honouring them, and sharing love beyond time and space is that it activates your inner process. Your cells, mind, and senses are ready to connect with the dormant gifts they left for you, discretely stored in DNA. (You know that "junk" DNA science doesn't fully understand, but it has a lot of goodness for you.) As a result, when you hold your creation or look at it, your entire body will activate these gifts and energies each time you need it.
Age requirement: above 18 years old
Language: English
Seats available: 6
Working in groups and with colours is a potent way to move and shift stuck energies, release emotions, and gain insights. For this reason, I keep the group small, with a maximum of 6 participants, so you can feel comfortable expressing yourself and enjoying your creative time.
Schedule:
- We start at 9:45 am with a ceremonial cacao or tea welcome drink.
- We will finish around 2:45 pm.
The schedule coincides with the bus schedule between Aegina Town and Agia Marina.
The process takes about 5 hours for your inner child, soul, intuition, and guides to participate in and contribute to your creations.
Which experience is included in the Honouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop?
- Guided meditation
- Group sharing
- Time to journal
- Creative time to craft your ancestor's totem
- A shared meal (vegan)
Will the Honouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop solve all the issues related to my ancestors?
I can't promise you that. Working with your lineage and ancestors involves working with many generations. Therefore, you cannot connect to every soul in just a day.
The connections, insights, or resistances you experience will relate to what you experience or need today. Maybe you need their support and encouragement; perhaps you need to release the pressure on your shoulders built from their beliefs or traditions, and perhaps a generational trauma needs to dissolve. And maybe you are thinking about something today, and on the day of the workshop, something different will come up and be even more potent for your expansion.
What material is included in the Honouring the Ancients Driftwood Workshop work?

What about the lunch and drinks?
Depending on the weather and my inspiration, I will prepare a vegetable pie or soup (vegan). Water and tea will be available all day, and I will serve a Ceremonial Cacao cup (water-based) to open the day and hearts.
I don't have a car, how can I come to Agia Marina?
The workshop synchronises with the bus schedule between Aegina Town and Agia Marina.
If you come by car, you can park in the free public parking at the village entrance (on Alones side, in front of the tennis court).
